About FractalWorks

A bridge between US manufacturing and Latin American talent.

Our Story

Built for the manufacturers everyone else overlooks

By 2030, an estimated 2.1 million US manufacturing jobs will go unfilled. Small and medium manufacturers feel it first: they can't match enterprise salaries, and every unfilled engineering seat slows production.

FractalWorks was founded in 2026 in Quito, Ecuador to close that gap. We provide dedicated bilingual engineers — CAD, quality, and supply chain specialists — who work US hours as a true extension of your team, at 40–60% below the cost of hiring locally.

Ecuador isn't just a cost play. Quito's universities produce strong mechanical and industrial engineering talent, English proficiency is high, and the time zone matches US Eastern time — which means real-time collaboration, not overnight handoffs.

How We Work

What we hold ourselves to

Precise

Manufacturing runs on tolerances. So do we — in our work, our estimates, and our communication.

Reliable

Your engineers show up in your time zone, every working day. Continuity is the product.

Transparent

Flat pricing, clear terms, honest timelines. You always know what you're paying and what you're getting.

Human

We treat clients as peers and our engineers as careers worth building — not seats to fill.
